Shipping Policies
Orders are typically processed for shipment in 1-3 business days after receipt of invoice payment. All prices are in US$.
National Deliveries (Panamanian territory)
Cost per delivery
a) For purchases above $40.00, US$ 5.00 will be added to cover the cost of delivery to the interior of the country. Delivery within Panama City will be free of charge.
b) For purchases under $40.00, US$ 9.00 will be added to cover the cost of delivery to the interior of the country, or US$ 4 to cover the cost of delivery within Panama City.
Deliveries within Panama City
Deliveries within Panama City will be made by courier service.
Deliveries for the rest of the National territory
For any national area outside Panama City, deliveries will be made by Uno Express and you will receive your order at the Uno Express store of your preference.
For national orders there will be an estimated delivery time of 1-4 business days once the purchase process is completed and the parcel is handed to the courier company.
International Shipments
a) International shipments for purchases over US$ 85 will be free will be made through the DHL courier system.
b) For purchases under US$ 85, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically in the check-out page and may vary depending on weight and destination, being this made through the DHL courier system.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
For international orders there will be an estimated delivery time of 2-7 business days once the purchase process is completed and the parcel handed to the shipping company.
We are not responsible for delays due to customs or force majeure.
Return Policies
Due to the artisanal nature of our products, we are not accepting returns.
In the case that a defective or wrong item was received, it must be reported to us via email at atelier@topanga-atelier.com within a 7-day period upon receiving the product. After reviewing the case, our team will either replace your product with a new one, online store credit or a refund, depending on the stock.
Cancellations
The cancellation of a purchase is only made if the supplier cannot send the product to the customer due to lack of stock and / or other reasons of force majeure. In this case, the customer will be notified and refunded.
We do not accept cancellations but, please, contact us if you have any problems with your order.
Please, note that we are not responsible for misspelled or wrong addresses provided by the customer. In this case, we would not replace the order with new products.
